雨傘とぺトリコールは00' 10'のオルタナティブロックを基調にドリームポップ、シューゲイザー、ジャズ・フュージョン等の様々な要素を取り入れたミクスチャーバンドである。
どんな要素を取り入れてもぶれない軸としてキャッチーなメロと歌詞が特徴。１曲１曲が短編小説のような歌詞、それを表現する楽器隊という構成を採用している。

Vo.はる1984
ホラー小説家「深見雨」としても活躍しており、
ストーリー性の高い、サスペンスな作詞が特徴。作詞の影響は松任谷由実、椎名林檎、やくしまるえつこからが大きい。2000年代オルタナティブロックから影響されたメロディ作成、ライブでは情緒的なパフォーマンスを得意とする。
Gu1.三森
アンビエント、ドリームポップ、チャーチ（教会）系音楽を得意としており、パイプオルガンを連想するような音作りや何重にも重なったディレイリバーブ、透明感のある不思議な音は彼以外のギターで聞くことはない。
雨傘とぺトリコールに欠かせない音である。
Gu2.亀山淳弥
音楽系の海外留学を経て、ジャズを中心に活動していたものの、2025年5月に雨傘とぺトリコールに加入。アイルランド・ドイツジャスシーンから強く影響を受けている。
トリッキーかつキラーなリフも魅力だが、元々スリーピースオンボーカルの当バンドに足りなかった、間を埋めるorより良いアレンジに持っていく演奏力が凄まじい。
Dr.yama
都内某音楽専門学校を卒業後、雨傘とぺトリコールに加入。絵音系やKroi等から強く影響を受ける。色んなジャンルのオールラウンダーであるが、メンバーの中で1番ロック。一見テクニカルで真面目な印象をうける、と思いきやボーカルに合わせて叙情的で破滅的なプレイをすることもある。世界観構成において彼女の力は計り知れない。
Umbrella and Petrichor
Umbrella and Petrichor is a mixture band that blends 2000s and 2010s alternative rock with a diverse range of elements, including dream pop, shoegaze, and jazz fusion. Regardless of the genre they explore, their core remains unshakable: characterized by catchy melodies and poignant lyrics. Each song follows a unique structure where the lyrics read like a short story, brought to life by the evocative performance of the instrumentalists.

Vo. Haru 1984
Haru is also active as a horror novelist under the pen name "Ame Fukami." Her songwriting is marked by high narrativity and suspenseful storytelling. Her lyrical style is heavily influenced by Yumi Matsutoya, Sheena Ringo, and Etsuko Yakushimaru. She composes melodies rooted in 2000s alternative rock and is known for her deeply emotional live performances.
Gu1. Mimori
Specializing in ambient, dream pop, and church music, Mimori crafts sounds reminiscent of a pipe organ. His signature style—layered delay-reverb and ethereal, mysterious textures—is a sound unique to his guitar. His sonic presence is an indispensable element of the Umigasa and Petrichor identity.
Gu2. Junya Kameyama
After studying music abroad and being active primarily in the jazz scene, Junya joined the band in May 2025. He is strongly influenced by the Irish and German jazz scenes. While his tricky, "killer" riffs are captivating, his true strength lies in his immense musicality—filling the gaps and elevating arrangements in a way the original three-piece lineup couldn't have achieved alone.
Dr. yama
A graduate of a specialized music college in Tokyo, yama joined the band with strong influences from "Enon-style" (Gesunotowami, etc.) and Kroi. While she is an all-rounder capable of handling various genres, she is the most "rock" at heart among the members. Though she may initially seem like a technical and serious player, she occasionally delivers lyrical and destructive performances that synchronize with the vocals. Her contribution to building the band's unique worldview is immeasurable.
